
Terms & Conditions for Rising Star Dance Company

Welcome to Rising Star Dance Company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, enrolling in classes, purchasing from our studio shop, or engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
• These Terms govern the use of our website, studio programs, mobile dance classes, competitions, and any purchases through our Nimbly Shop.
• By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
2. Enrollment & Tuition
• Enrollment is processed through Dance Studio Pro (DSP) and is subject to availability.
• Tuition payments are non-refundable and must be paid on time to maintain enrollment.
• Auto-Pay Policy: By enrolling in auto-pay, you authorize recurring tuition payments via Stripe or PayPal through DSP.
• Discounts for siblings or military families may be available but are subject to verification.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Class Withdrawals: If a student withdraws, a 30-day written notice is required. Tuition for that period remains due.
• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed classes, but students may be eligible for makeup sessions.
• Studio Shop: Purchases made through our Nimbly Shop are subject to Nimbly’s return policy. Rising Star Dance Company does not handle shop returns or exchanges.
4. Code of Conduct
To ensure a positive learning environment, we expect all students and families to:
• Show respect to instructors, staff, and fellow dancers.
• Adhere to studio policies regarding dress code, attendance, and behavior.
• Avoid disruptive behavior that affects classes or events.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
• Dance and physical activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you agree to release Rising Star Dance Company and its staff from liability for any injuries or damages sustained during classes, rehearsals, competitions, or events.
• Parents/legal guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s participation.
6. Privacy & Data Usage
• We collect and store personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Payment data is processed securely through Dance Studio Pro, Stripe, and PayPal. We do not store credit card details.
• Customers can request data deletion through the Dance Studio Pro parent portal.
7. Communications & Marketing
• By enrolling, you consent to receive emails and text messages about class updates, billing, and promotions.
• You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or replying “STOP” to text messages.
8. Intellectual Property & Website Use
• All studio logos, branding, curriculum, and website content are the property of Rising Star Dance Company.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is prohibited.
• You may not use our website for illegal or harmful activities, including hacking, spamming, or fraud.
9. Third-Party Links & Nimbly Shop Disclaimer
• Our website may contain links to third-party sites, including Nimbly for studio shop purchases.
• Rising Star Dance Company is not responsible for transactions, returns, or disputes related to Nimbly orders.
10. Amendments & Policy Updates
• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
